Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Olympus Divine Realm mobile application (the "App") provided by Olympus Divine Realm ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Entertainment Only — No Real-Money Gambling

The App is a casual offline collection game. It includes themed visual elements such as the Astrolabe of Fate (a bronze celestial instrument) and the Trial of Three (a tier modifier). The App contains no real-money mechanics. No real betting takes place. No real-money winnings are paid out. Virtual progress, cards, energy, and ranks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or real-world goods.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Modify, hack, or interfere with the App's normal operation
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including artwork, illustrations, text, code, audio (if any), and the overall design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The mythological figures depicted are drawn from public-domain Greek mythology; our specific renderings, character designs, and creative assets remain our property.

6. Local Data and Reset

The App stores progress locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to device failure, uninstallation, or use of the App's "Delete All Data" feature, which permanently wipes your local state.

7. Notifications

The App may send local notifications (energy refilled, daily streak reminders) if you opt in. You can disable notifications at any time in the App or in your device settings.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Olympus Divine Realm BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in our place of operation.
